His writing partner Jonathan Goldstein is 16 years older than him. I just would've assumed that Daley would work with someone more his age. I wonder how the two became friends.

shareI wondered the same thing. He co-directed a short film with Goldstein in 2001 when Daley was 15-16 and Goldstein was 32 so I guess they go way back.

shareVacation sucked. Goldstein and Daley have no sense whatsoever for good comedy. Just goes to show that 16 years extra life experience doesn't necessarily make someone any less infantile. These clowns haven't graduated beyond fart jokes.
