On tonight's episode one of the beginning associate's put his hand on cary's hand and he freaked out. What a jerk. Not even that big a deal but he ran out of the office like the guy had a disease. I can't believe how Cary reacted. I wonder if Matt was instrumental in making sure they don't make him have to discuss gay issues with the character.

He did reacted like that because he was trying to be supportive of a young associate and the associate automatically assumed he was filtring with him, probably because it's a really habitual thing in that firm (ugh). If true you could have called Cary a jerk because for a boss trying to flirt with an associate with the "supporting your ideas" excuse is harrassament. It had nothing to do with being "gay". Also gossiping about the actor being homophobic because that thing is completely insane and unfounded. And by the way Cary was in love and dated a bisexual character for 6ys. Or bisexual is not gay enough?
