Marion is confirmed for Assassin's Creed press-conference in Spain

Cool! It's kinda late to start promoting such a huge blockbusters three weeks before it comes out but OK. I read she'll be in Australia with Fassbender next week too. Nowadays, most blockbusters start their promotion in AUS.

That's the perfect time for a press-conferences. For example on another Marion's blockbuster, Inception, they did a press-conference on July, 13, 8 days before the movie came out.

I'm not complaining about the press conference but the awful promotion the film has had until it starts promotion next week. Most fans of the game complained about it by the way. Press junkets usually start a few weeks before the release.

Why would the fans of the game complain about it if they doesn't need it at all to go to see the film?

If you followed social networks you would see many fans complaining about the lack of promotion. Movies like this one, especially a videogame adaptation, need a lot of promotion before the usual press junkets. And with the competition it's having...it's essential.
