Francophones: Is her accent typical of Orleans?

Somehow it doesn't seem that French to me. It sounds like a talented linguist from another country, as if it's her second language. Is this typical for the region?

I don't hear any regional accent when she speaks French. She speaks very clear standard French.

I would say hers is a common Parisian accent.
