I assure you those of us who frequent Kristen Stewart's boards as fans, we have nothing but kind words for Marion. I agree with the OP. And please spare me the sophisticated stuff. Granted, I have never seen La Vie en Rose, but all the major stuff from recent years left me way underwhelmed. Macbeth, TDKR, Inception...her accent is totally distracting and quite frankly, she had the worst performance in any of the Christopher Nolan Dark Knight films. Most of her lines were cringeworthy.
