Let it Snow not listed in credits?

I just watched this Hallmark Family movie. It was cute. Her name is not listed on the official "Let it Snow" IMDB nor on her acting page? Why do you think this is? It says on the "Let it Snow" page that the budget was ONLY $10,000. That's impossible.

I was kind of blown away by how Candace looks now though as it was a bit shocking to me and my family member who watched it with me. I had always thought of her as the kinda dorky/dweeby older sister. But she looks like a model now - extremely stunning. Could easily pass for mid-20s but she's LATE 30s?? Woah. My mind was kinda blown. She's BEAUTIFUL.
