Maybe she's so thin following doctor's orders - perhaps her pacemaker leaves her body type a healthy option.
If she need some protein, I have a pretty good supply and could spare some for her. All she has to do is get down on her knees and open her mouth like a baby bird... Then I'll unload the contents of my spheres into her eat-hole... I might "accidentally" miss & paint her face - however.

Then I realized who she was. She wasn't ugly, but had changed. She got too skinny. Looked gaunt and overly thin. She reminds me of one of those soccer mom types who is OBSESSED with running and diet. Exercising is fine, but those types are consumed by it.
