Women were supposedly drooling all over him back in the day. Why the hell? He literally looks like a dog!

His music is also really boring and his voice nothing special.

Totally agree. This guy was all the rage in the early 90's. His music is dreadful, and he tried too hard be cool and hunky.
I don't think he's ugly, but that ridiculous squid like haircut, his oversized suits, and silly wardrobe in general made him look like a huge dork
