I've only seen him on Arrow. It sounds like he's doing a Humphrey Bogart impression. Is he, or is that just how he sounds?

Edit: I just found out he's English.

He's starring in a new supernatural-themed crime drama on NBC (The In-betweens) and he appears to have his English accent in the trailer which really surprised me since I've only seen him in shows like The Dresden Files and Arrow.

I've been wondering which one is his real voice. Up until I saw the inBetween i had no idea he was British. (Granted I never really looked it up before)

Pretty much what he sounds like. Has kind of a drawl when he speaks.
