It's clear that, after that debate, he cannot win the election.

It's also clear that Trump will lose to anybody else.

So, retirement for Joe is mandatory asap.

When do you think he will declare he decided to not run for the election?

Absolutely spot on .
I dont know whats stopping him . must be ego.

He even said about a year ago "I'm running for second term to make sure Trump doesent get in"
When all he needs to do is gtf out of the way and let literally anybody else do it.
