Special counsel to the president Richard Sauber said “a small number of documents with classified markings” were discovered as Biden's personal attorneys were clearing out the offices of the Penn Biden Center, where the president kept an office after he left the vice presidency in 2017 until shortly before he launched his 2020 presidential campaign in 2019. The documents were found on Nov. 2, 2022, in a “locked closet” in the office, Sauber said.

If the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement is not part of the Biden admin but is the University of Pa, how did the documents get there in the first place ? Because you have to have special clearance to remove such documents, so who sent/took them there, someone had to sign them out. If it was a member of the Biden Admin they need treated the same as Trump.

The difference is Trump took classified docs after he was no longer president. Joe Biden is our current president and has legal access to classified info.

The first batch was found on Nov 2. 2022 and the announcement was made on Jan 9, 2023.

A crime was still committed whether it was 1 day or 6 years. A VP doesn't have the constitutional authority to steal classified documents and hide them for 6 years.

Good thing that Biden was Obamas guppy or all sensitive documents would be scattered from sea to shining sea. Then forgot about as dementia sets in.

You cant prosecute someone with dementia as per Ron Jeremy.

He actually got those back when Obama was president, and had them kept in an unsecured location where Chinese officials had access to them. It's a felony for a VP to do any of those things, and it puts the guy who gave him permission in hot water as well.

Keep in mind that when Biden's people found the documents they immediately turned them over to the National Archives. When Trump was told to turn over documents he said, "THEY'RE MINE" and delayed, and sued.

Don't equate one with the other.

Biden's handling of classified documents goes back more than 14 year which shows he is very reckless and irresponsible or was it intentional and he used that information for personal gain? That question must be answered and then:

Are the ones found the only ones he took home?

Were any copies which is another crime.

How did he get them?

Were they listed on the archive register?

Were the documents issued directly to him or did he get them from someone else?

How many other classified documents was he issued as vice president and were they all returned?

How serious was his breach of security???no

Why has he not been charged and restricted for handling classified documents until he the investigation is completed?

Anyone else would have been charged and restricted long before now. Must be if you're a Democrat the law works differently.

Seems Bathhouse Barry is also in trouble over this, because he was president at the time The Sniffer obtained those documents.
