I pray she wins!! Mayim is the best thing about The Big Bang Theory!! Her one-liners are a hoot!!

I'm really hoping she wins. She is hilarious in TBBT and I've loved her since her days on Blossom. I grew up watching her on tv. SHE NEEDS TO WIN!!!!

She does have the best lines sometimes doesn't she! And then her facial expressions rock a lot too! Specifically her little smile on season 5 premiere when raj comes to her apartment and says that Penny's whereabouts is plastered all over Amy's Facebook. That small smirk, such an amazing actress!

I was pissed of last year when she didn't win. I hope she wins this year.
