Has she explained how she is a feminist yet follows Judaism?
Just wondering what the mental gymnastics are to combine two incompatible ideologies.

shareShe's just kidding when she calls herself a feminist; she's a good little old-school she-servant of patriarchy, preserving and cherishing their murderous socio-political traditions whilst generously breeding a future generation of exploiters. Cute as all heck, though...
shareTroll.
shareOr because they aren't worth a more complex reply. Like you.
shareA line or two isn't a big reply, genius.
shareWhat the what? You might be thinking Orthodox Jew, where, like in any other big religion, women are basically a baby making machine, but the normal Jewish stream works very well with feminism. I'm a feminist Jew and so are most of the women I know (who are also Jewish).
shareThe real issue here is that she is a zionist. Feminism and zionism are not compatible.
She is involved in a lot of good causes, and I love her characters (mainly Amy Farrah Fowler), she is an intelligent woman who is not afraid of speak her mind. I respect that. But the zionist part... I don't get why she shares that ideology.
