Do they get paid to go on talk shows to promote their baby line?

I love Kirsten Bell and her interviews, but I was just wondering if she and Dax get paid to promote their own product? I honestly don't know if actors get paid to go on talk shows or not, if they do it is a sweet deal to get to promote a product that you profit off of and get paid for it.
