Owes more to his producers, I think

I remember when this guy broke out with "Loser" and thinking, "God, what a genius." But then a few years later when doing acoustic versions of songs were popular, I remember seeing him do the whole "unplugged" thing and realizing how dull and monotone his music was without all of the lavish samples. (Try singing "Devil's Haircut" and you'll see how it's more or less the same the same few notes over and over again, with just a hair of variation. ) I think he owes more to the Dust Brothers than people want to admit.

Clearly the guy is, this idea of him being intersex or deformed, that's always going to be there.
