There was a rumour that Sacha was supposed to play the Riddler actually in the last Batman movie but it never happened and the Riddler wasn't even in the dark knight rises.
I think he should either play the Riddler or the Joker in the reboot.
Yeah, he does resemble the Joker in the comics... especially The Killing Joke.
