I'd say he's the one at the very left hand side of the picture as that's the way the camera is facing.

I hope he spends some time with Corden and gets to appear on his TV show.

So, perhaps he is, indeed, a dog-walker or groomer, LOL! But, he looks stylish and so he might be connected with the fashion show. Perhaps his dogs will be used by the models on the cat-walk and this is all part of the infiltration and the scam set up by the women. Just hope he's more than just a bloke that Corden meets on the street. The actors are beginning to get character names put up against their own on the IMDb page - but there's none against RA's yet.
