Why is this guy in so many stupid things

I can't stand this guy. He is always playing the same stupid character, and he is not funny, not a good actor, and yet somehow he shows up all over the place. Whose relative or drug dealer or pimp is this no-talent bum. I don't want to see his face ever again in anything I am watching.

If there is someone out there that actually likes him, can you tell me why?
