There are similarities for sure but I don't think they're dead ringers for eachother. Nina Dobrev and Victoria Justice look like scarily alike lol.

That's funny you should mention that. I just watched Darklight (2004). Horrible horrible movie (SyFy, what do you expect?) but of course Shiri is cute as a button. And this was the first time I really noticed the resemblance and was just coming here to comment on it. But, after 11 years, you beat me by 5 days. 

Actually I think Nina dobrev actually auditioned play her daughter in life unexpected and it went to the blond girl instead . And then Nina was cast in vampire diaries
