A little comeback for Lauren Ambrose?

I know she haven't had much success since/besides "Six Feet Under", and after a long list of flopping independent movies, despite good reviews, she have roles in two interesting upcoming movies.

First of, there's "Cold Souls", which currently is playing at the Sundance Film Festival. A independent movie with her, which is more spectacular, and star filled than her previous independent work. Opposite Paul Giamatti, Emily Watson and David Strathairn, the movie is getting good reviews.

The second movie is "Where the Wild Things Are", her first big studio movie, directed by a beloved, talented and popular director - Spike Jonze. The movie is based on a popular kids book, and is one of the most anticipated movies of 2009. The buzz about the movie is big, and the some of the first screening reviews have called it "amazing", and a "upcoming classic".

2009 could be a great year for Lauren!

Also, she might be in "Love and Other Possible Pursuits", which is directed by Don Ross (Happy Endings, The Opposite of Sex). The movie could turn out to be great!

also she is in the EXCELLENT play "Exit the King" on Broadway.
