Gluten Intollerant

In her quotes she says she is a big pasta fan, but then a later quote says she is gluten intolerant and that cuts carbs right away. I know you can be a "big fan" of pasta and not eat it, but it just seemed odd to me.

Either way, I'm a big fan. :)

Gluten-free pasta exists. Furthermore, not all carbs contain gluten.

Also, gluten intolerance is different from celiac disease. True celiacs can suffer lasting damage from eating foods which contain gluten, those who are just gluten intolerant usually don't.
