I read here that he was born in Texas,but his accent doesn't sound Texan. He has a very distinct accent. Where does it come from?

Both brothers have a very north Dallas accent. Texas itself has a central layer and southern layer accent with numerous variation as you get to larger cities. Due to the high mobility of americans these accents modulate over time.

There's three brothers.
All three have the same accent. Andrew has been in some films also of course, and he sounds very much like his younger brothers. As the other poster said, it is a distinct north Dallas (Texan) accent. There is a tendency for people to think that an "American" accent sounds a certain way (mid Atlantic or pseudo valley girl) when of course there is a big range, even just in one state.
