Rumors of Harvey Weinstein's "casting couch" practices circulated in Hollywood for years

People like Harvey are usually protected. I'm not sure how he ended up getting hung out to dry. He pissed off the wrong somebody.

I have no interest in him continuing on, but I don't think he was "raping" women. What he was doing was horrible and unethical but I think a part of the perverted nature of Hollywood.

I think he got eliminated maybe due to manipulating the Oscars with Jennifer Lawrence. The Oscars are another way to promote and make money. If someone is doing that for some girl, imagine how the other dudes like him feel about that. They are spending a lot of money on movies and their want theirs to win or have a chance. If he's blocking them, time to die.

If the rumors about his appearance down there are true, perhaps it wasn't reported because everyone was ashamed to say they'd seen it.

I don’t think Harvey Weinstein was that involved in casting in the past 20 year. He did however push known, up and coming woman , for sex for escalate their careers. Sometimes raping them.

There are huge amount of casting couch scenarios in Hollywood today. Happened in all levels of the business but not so much at the major studios. Many use this for sports. Even men have to be subdued in order to be considered for a part.
90% the casting that happens are for films or TV shows that do not materialize. Or never was going to be produced in the first place. I.e a flat out lie.

Its on the call back things heat up and the trade for sex vs screen time is “discussed”. The producers open the door but the woman themselves must take the next step. Usually it’s between them and 5 other woman. All more known than her.

Sex usually happened off site, not on the actual casting couch. Usually a hotel room, sometimes a car. It might even happened that she is whisked away to Palm Springs, a huge house, where several Jewish men awaits.

Often producers ( with credits ) surf Instagram and invite strangers, beautiful woman, for casting calls via their receptionist.

Many of the producers are friends ( but bitter enemies in business ) and many hunt woman ( or young boys ) like a bloodsport. If a woman auditions with one producer and flat out rejects him, that goes in the system. When she meets his “friend” on another auditions she is told that the word on the lot is that she is “hard to work with” and not wanted ( unless )

As a woman you are without rights in Hollywood and the surrounding film industry.

People hear it and they immediately dismiss it but it is going on,
they are Satanists, they abise and sacrifice human beings.

Well you just proved your stupidity because if youd done ANY research at all you would know he was reported to the police multiple times. NYPD wanted to arrest him but couldnt.

There are only two reasons this guy finally got what was coming to him.

1.) His power had waned in Hollywood in the past 15 years, and he didn't "own" the New York Times anymore. According to the articles written about this scandal; in the past, people tried getting this story out in 2004, but the story was squashed because Harvey had basically everyone at that newspaper on the take with him. He didn't own the paper officially, but his people made up the entire staff, and they worked secretly to prevent any negative stories to come out about him....until 2017. By then, things had changed, including who was working at the Times.

2.) Someone [or maybe even several people] really high up among America's Elite was using this entire scandal to go after a certain public figure that shall remain nameless. That was the purpose of the #metoo movement from the beginning; to take out a world leader. Harvey was just a useful sacrifice on the altar of "Get DJT."

If another nameless person had gotten that nameless office instead, Weinstein would still be treating women like doormats, and the #metoo movement would have never happened.
