The entire #metoo movement was just another ploy to get Trump. It was never about addressing the sexual abuse in Hollywood, and as you can see, it's really quieted down in the past 2 years. As you all saw with the Kavanaugh circus, it was also used as a weapon to attack opponents on Capitol Hill.
I remember reading about a French person who said this very thing happened in the French film industry a decade earlier...and nothing came of it. People were hyped for a while, then things quieted down, and things went back to "business as usual." I think in a couple more years, Hollyweed will be in the "back to business as usual" stage, women and children will still get sexually harassed and exploited again, everyone will hush up about it, and the slime balls who molest them will still be in charge, toasting their slimy buddies at private cocktail parties, and laughing at how they still got away with it.
