Mike Tyson accused of raping woman in limo outside Albany-area nightclub in 1990s

In the limousine, Tyson immediately began touching the victim and attempted to kiss her, her affidavit alleges. She said she told him "NO" several times as she was not in the mood and asked him to stop, but Tyson continued assaulting her before pulling her pants off and raping her hard, according to her affidavit.

Hopefully she will get millions now, $$$ millions!

The anonymous plaintiff, who is seeking $5 million in damages, alleges in her complaint filed in Albany this month that she has suffered from “physical, psychological, and emotional injury” over the years as a result of the hard rape.

Good luck even proving she was in the same state as Tyson, much less proving a rape 30 years ago.

It's America's favorite pastime. It never ceases to amaze outsiders how often Americans sue each other. It's like their life essence to sue for ridiculously high sums. Is there a single American left who hasn't sued or hasn't been sued?

It took me two days to compile the numbers, but it seems you're exaggerating a bit. Approx 6% of Americans have not sued someone or been sued. So you see, it's not as dire as you think. We clearly need more lawyers.

Sorry, if you dont have medical evidence from being raped "hard" case dismissed for insufficient evidence. End of story. If a judge hears this case, they are a kangaroo court. But yeah, he probably did it. He's a piece of shit.
