Wasn't Michelle rumored to have been such a mean bitch to Taylor Schilling from Orange Is The New Black when they did that medical drama Mercy together that Taylor developed some kind of anxiety disorder? If the rumors are true then Sarah (or Alyson) taught her well.

Maybe she doesn't want to. She did a lot of stuff when she was younger so she very well might be getting Royalties for some of it. Possibly Buffy being one of them.

Forget the royalties. Everything she made as a kid was put in Trust until she reached 21. She's probably living off that.

Maybe she wasn't getting the kind of offers she wanted...maybe she doesn't enjoy doing it anymore.
There is life beyond acting. It is possible to want to do something else.
