she has 3 of the show biz crown awards--2 Tonys.5 Emmys,Grammy,one Oscar Nomination,,she should of been nominated for 9-5 and won for The Late Show one of the greatest films,,with her and the great Art Carney,,though I know her family is from Paducah Ky my hometown and several friends of mine knew her mother and brother he owned a resteraunt here Chez Tomlin they have said when she visited she wasn't very nice,but I think when you are not working you don't want to be bothered,,I understand some of it but your fans make you....REMEMBER THAT!!!!

I wish she'd won the Oscar too. She deserved it. She was amazing in Nashville. Lily is such a versatile performer it's almost natural that she would have 3 of the BIG 4.

think she has the Mark Twain Kennedy Center Prize for humor,,maybe someday she will receive a kennedy center Honor

Yes she does have the Mark Twain award. I have a copy of the ceremony of it that was aired on PBS in 2003.

I think she should receive the Kennedy Center Honor too! That may be awhile though. I guess we'll just have to stayed tuned.

UPDATE: Lily Tomlin is a 2014 Kennedy Center Honoree

I hope she has an Oscar soon. There is a chance with Grandma!
