You will be missed.

R.I.P. Like many, I know him best from Seinfeld... in which he was simply hilarious, such a funny man.

Honourable mention to his performance in Hairspray.

reply

First thing I remember him in was The Taking of Pelham One Two Three. He and Walter Matthau played off each other perfectly. And that wasn't a comedy.

reply

Yes, that's an excellent film and I have to admit, I'd forgotten he was in it - thanks for reminding me of it! Holding one's own against Matthau is always a tall order.

reply

Always thought he was quite funny especially in King of Queens and of course Seinfeld. Watched the Meyerowitz Stories the other day and he was good in that too. Funny guy that will be missed.

reply

RIP, he was a funny guy.

LOVED him in Seinfeld! And never knew he was Ben's father.

I'll never forget some of his lines & moments from that show

Serenity now!
Wait, is this the group that goes around mutilating squirrels? :D :D :D
I sent x number of men to the latrine that day!
Festivus
When he gets into a fight with Elaine (You wanna piece of me?!?)

and many more from a show I haven't seen in a few years now, but will re-watch yet again for the nth time sometime in the near future.

RIP and thank you for all the laughs :(

R.I.P.

Indeed he will. I always liked him. His best role for me was Lt. Rico Petrone in "The Talking of Pelham 1-2-3".

I miss him already
