I don't know if you're serious but I agree. He should try dropping the cookie-cutter action roles and focus on his acting more.

He could use his agility in physical comedy, he should seriously consider going to a language/accent coach when preparing for a role and also vary his hair/fatial hair.

Playing a gay, a disabled person, a romantic interest, a historical figure, a gentle soul or a despicable anti-hero would really put him on a different map than he is on now.

And if he doesn't have the skills to pull it off, there will allways be the typical action roles for him.
