According to The Futon Critic, Marley's character is getting recast. Anybody else heard anything about that?

shareThat is total BS! They have shot 6 episodes already, with Marley Shelton in the lead role of RACHEL YOUNG. It premieres October 9th. I see the previews all over CBS.

I had never heard of her and I can hardly believe she had all that experience. She looked like a model trying to act.
The whole show was a big disappointment.

I'd argue part of the reason it was boring was the acting. Marley was chewing the scenery while Rufus looked on the verge of a coma.
but you're right, the writing was equally bad and the direction surprisingly mundane (as Danny Cannon used to take names on CSI and other shows).
They can't recast her part fast enough. She's terrible!
shareYou all probably do not watch the show much now I guess, but the past several episode I have watch I have enjoyed.
And she is a good actress...I think she did really well on Sugar and Spice and also in Uptown Girls...So she is not an unknown person..
