...and so far so good, except for her character. Her tough talk is really annoying. I know she's supposed to be a hardened chic, but Sagal doesn't pull it off well.
Maybe I'm just used to her other roles and she'll get better in time. But right now, it feels like I'm watching a bunch of real bikers (except for Hunnam's British accent coming out sometimes) hanging out with Katy Sagal, the actress.
It doesn't get better. She is easily the worst part of the show.
shareI've been watching the show on Netflix and I thought she was really good. I remember her very well from Married with Children, many years ago. I would have never guessed she would be playing a part like this. Her character is a villain who is very unlike or and annoying. But I think she does well especially in the emotional scenes. Though I will admit that she isn't like any biker mama I've ever seen in real life. We have one of the best Bike Nights in the New England area here in Lowell, MA. My neighbor was a Hell's Angel. I think Katey comes accross as a corporate professional/ black widow type more then a biker mama.

shareAgreed that she is the worst part. She does not pull off the role. And the way she is constantly pouting her lips and always says Jesus Christ, sweetheart, and baby made me wanna throw something.
