Jeri Ryan hasn't aged badly, she looks convincing as a military/law enforcement official, but she needs to bulk up a bit if she properly takes up the role.

She's a Goddess! And Goddesses never age! For her, age is just a number written on her birth certificate! Nothing more! :D
