His Southern accent

Being a tried and true Southern girl, being tickled beyond belief at the hideous attempts at a true southern accent in movies and on TV, can I just give a big 'ol "yeeehaaaa!!" to Sam on his accent in "Don Verdean"! For some funny reason, British people typically can do a southern accent way better than Americans, hitting it spot on? Look at Andrew Lincoln in "Walking Dead". But as many movies as I've watched, so many poor attempts at a this apparently elusive accent, gotta say that Sam hits that nail right smack on it's shiny head! Thank ya, sir!

If you think Andrew Lincoln's is good, you should hear some of the accents on Preacher -- most of the cast is non-American, but you'd never know it.

Sam can do anything. He's great. I'd love to hear him do some different UK accents someday.
