Why does she only have ONE facial expression????

I remember seeing her in Coyote Ugly and if thought she was a terrible actress; the only face she ever made was this one where her eyebrows turn down at the corners and go up at the tip--the same face made for confused, sad, etc. Her acting in Coyote Ugly was SO character acting and it was WAY overdone, like all she knew how to do was play the naive, innocent littl girl. Ever since then I've had a distaste for her, and see that not much has changed now with Covert Affairs. I love the show, but her SAME facial expression is SO annoying--can someone please get this woman acting lessons or at least teach her a DIFFERENT facial expression?? I don't know if it's Botox or just that she's a terrible actress? Either way it's awfully annoying and Covert Affairs and any other show/film she's in would be much, much more believable with a different actress.

I can think of a couple of other actresses who seem to have only one expression. And whenever the camera goes for a close-up, the actress puts this expression on. I've sort of thought some agent has said this is your best look, go for it! Personally, I like Piper's big smile and other actresses' smiles, too - not just the one "confused/wondering" one.
