She was always beautiful but I admit I prefer her as a brunette and curvier.

I had heard in the media that she was 'likely anorexic for a time, and possibly used drugs of some kind (either prescription or otherwise)'.
So I thought this might be the reason.
She always looked beautiful & ethereal, but she was stunning in the early '90s.
