Did you ever see him live?

Probably the most amazing concert I've ever attended!

My son and I saw Sir Paul in Milwaukee WI summer of 2013 at Miller Park.

My son Erick was 13 at the time and loved the Beatles. I guess he was into them because my wife and I often listened to the Beatles and other classic rock from the 60s and 70s.

Anyway, Paul's concert was incredible. He played songs from his Beatles days, from Wings and his solo albums. The concert was near 3 hours long!

What a great experience!

I went to a parking lot party outside of one his concerts. It was like a festival.

It was like a festival outside of Miller Park on that evening too!

I remember there was an acoustic band playing covers of Beatles songs in the parking lot. They were really good!!

I threw a couple bucks in their guitar case and shouted "Elinor Rigby"!

They played an excellent version on guitar, snare drum and trombone!

I did in 2001. I was really excited about it because I was 19 but in LOVE with the Beatles and The Monkees and anything 60s. I had just started working in my new job and I was able to buy 2 tickets for me and my mom thru our work concierge. I think those tickets were like $500 a piece but I didn't care; it was for THE Paul McCartney and I could FINALLY treat my mom to something really nice. The show was worth every penny.

He had some sort of acrobatic circ de sole type opener. the ONLY problem, and this is just any concert (it really can't be helped) and it was we had these 2 women in front of us that insisted on standing/dancing during all the fast songs. I'm not used to that kind of concert. You sit down and enjoy the show. But they insisted on standing so everyone behind them had to stand too and my mom had a bad leg so couldn't stand for long. So not only did I have to deal with these two idiots I also had to deal with my mom complaining about these two idiots. lol. I just laughed because I don't know why they were there. I don't think they even know any of the songs. They would do something "I saw her Standing there" and then he would go to "Blackbird" and they legit looked at each other and I saw one mouth 'I don't know this one.' and would sit down. It was VERY annoying. They got some karma though. Paul played 'yesterday' or...which ever song causes people to bring out their lighters...MAYBE Hey Jude (it was 20 years ago, I don't remember, lol) and mom had this lighter that just gave a really big flame. And she used it when everyone got their lighters out and due to the two nitwits just taking all the space, one got a little too close to the lighter. Nothing happened but it gave the girl a shock and mom laughed and said 'great concert isn't it!?' I was a little embarrassed at that. You don't know who you're dealing with, lol. Anyway; it was an amazing show and I'd love to see him play again.
