Help with a movie...

I'm gonna sound like a rambling idiot here, b/c i remember almost nothing, but I always thought he was in it.

It was on cable when i was younger (probably mid 90s) I think... I think it was about a group of HS kids that make some kind of pact with Satan. It wasn't a horror, it was more campy I think. The only things I remember were (I thought) Danny Masterson, and a culminating scene at prom or a school dance.
