When I’m looking For A Heavyweight African-Heritage Senior Actor, He’s The Guy For Whom I Look

How can we have no posts for this man? He has presence, dignity and acting chops. Unlike Sam “Time To Retire” Jackson, he actually inhabits (gasp!) different characters in the different roles he plays. I can say the same for Morgan Freeman versus Delroy; but I sense a certain prissiness and arrogance in Freeman, which disposes me against him. I think of Delroy as a latter-day John Amos, but with more acting skills: larger than life, very dignified, masculine and intelligent. Come, let us celebrate him!
