'Then' and 'than' are completely different words and have completely different meanings.

I used to find him so damn hot, but now he just looks creepy. The time wasn't good to him...

I'm watching Mallrats at the moment and I can't believe the dramatic difference between that 25 year old Jason Lee and the stocky, mustached, deeper voiced 35 year old guy in My Name Is Earl. But it all seems to all be down to the transformation he made for Earl, because with a bit less weight and no facial hair he now appears more similar to what he was when he was younger.
