What exactly makes her "look" different from full-blooded Asian women?

As someone who is typically not attracted to Asian women, I find Kelly to be exceptionally attractive, and while I understand that she is only half-Asian, she still looks to be much more Asian than white. I'm just wondering what exactly about her face is different from that of the typical full Asian woman. If anyone else can explain it in words, that'd be helpful
