At first I felt like you guys were overhyping his weight loss and gaunt face, but in The Neon Demon...he doesn't look right. Poor guy.

I think he looks unusual to you because he is bald now. The last time he didn't have hair was like 4 years ago and he looked pretty much the same as in the trailer.

Anyways the movie looks amazing and I can't wait to see him on the big screen.
Hmm, it could be that he is bald now. Maybe. I didn't take that into account as i'm used to seeing him with hair.

shareHe looks like Jackie Earle Haley in Neon Demon. In other words he now looks like a 54 year old, 120 pound man. Hard to believe he's not even 40 yet.
shareHe already started to look very unhealthy thin during the end of Dexter, but I agree, in the trailer of Neon Demon he got even thinner.
It's at the point where I can't shake the feeling that it either has to be based on some health condition, or plain eating disorder.
And to those that defend it, don't even start with the whole "he's running and eating healthier" crap...other people do that too and don't start to look anorexic all of a sudden.
Being bald does not make your face cave in like his. He is definitely way too thin. Sure hope he's not ill in any way. 😟
