Anyone who thinks she's a bad actress

Watch the unaired pilot of Buffy the vampire slayer (with somebody else as Willow) and then the final version (with Alyson Hannigan as Willow).

The previous actress didnt do a bad job but OMG is Hannigan better.

Hannigan also does a lot of variants of her character on BtVS. I think in most instances she did that pretty well, too.

The first actress was badly suited to the role and the rest of the cast. Allyson nailed Willow as a character. I wouldn't say she is an amazing actress but she plays her roles well.
