Same acting style, mannerisms, etc. Plus, he even looks and sounds like Cruise. Weird!

I agree, but I think peter is younger and cuter.

First recognized him on Can't Hardly Wait, and back then I thought.. "This dude is the next Cruise." Guess he wasn't though.
