Gettin Smaller

It appears that he's getting smaller and his muscles are shrinking. Does anybody know what happened to him? Is he hitting the gyms or he is losing the bulk to play some new roles? He needs to be huge and ripped to look convincing in the F&F franchise, to be able to stand up against say The Rock.
