Best-looking in her mid-thirties
First, let's get this out of the way. Charisma Carpenter is amazingly attractive at the age of 44. She serves as inspiration to women of that age range that beauty can persist after age 39.
Now my opinion is that Charisma Carpenter was her most beautiful in her THIRTIES. And I think she was most beautiful at her mid-thirties.
It is true that some women look better in their thirties than in their twenties. True, most women look their best in their twenties. But a few lucky women get to be pretty in their twenties and very pretty in their thirties. On the other side of the coin, I've seen so many women whose beauty peaked in their twenties and then started a noticeable decline in their thirties. Those are the genetic losers.
As an example of a genetic winner, remember Wynona Ryder? She was cute in her twenties but she looked even better in her thirties, more refined beauty and her face more refined. TV host Mary Hart was another good example who looked great in her late thirties. Only as she approached mid-forty did age catch up to her.
Charisma was like that. Her face in her thirties seemed better defined and detailed than her rounder, softer face in her twenties.
Charisma is still hot at age 44 but time is advancing on her. Close-up photos of her face show the dry skin. It's even more pronounced on her legs if you do a close up. Slightly noticeable skin wrinkling is starting to show. She should consider wearing pantyhose.
As a side note, if you Google for women in their 40s age range, you do not see a lot of women as good-looking as Charisma. It tends to be the exception, not the rule. That tells me, that it must take dedicated work if you want to stay attractive looking: avoiding drugs, alcohol, too much sun, late-night partying, exercising, good diet, and if necessary, just minimal cosmetic surgery. You can't do anything about good genes which helps a lot. But you can do a lot yourself. I think that's exactly what Charisma did. She put a lot of time, effort, and work on herself.
