Surviving Evil TV show....

Just watched an episode for the first time on ID this weekend.

First, Charisma is the host and she looks very much like the picture on her IMDB page, in other words, she still looks totally beautiful at her age and any age.

The show is quite hard to watch but also very good because it shows how people have such a will to live when faced with death defying odds.

The one I watched, this predator kidnapped two girls, raped and killed one and nearly killed the other who was stabbed a tremendous number of times. Man, to see how this poor girl survived when she should have been certainly dead will bring tears to your eyes. You just can't believe she lived through that.

Wow, I am still stunned at the courage of that poor girl. Makes me want to kick people who talked about Bruce Jenner's so called courage.

Charisma's story was the pilot. She and two friends were attacked on a beach by someone who turned out to be a serial killer. I can't remember for sure if one of her friends was killed.

Charisma's attacker turned out to be a respected cop who lived in her building. He had apparently been stalking her for some time and was guilty of a series of brutal rapes. Some of his victims were only 13 or 14 years old.

The man shot Charisma's friend in the chest, but he survived and was interviewed for the show. Charisma was instrumental in saving his life and they remain close to this day.

The assailant plead guilty and avoided a trail. He has now served 25 years and is coming up for parole soon.
