Is she in obscurity or something?

I remember a few years ago there were talks of her being nominated for Best Supporting Actress for Brokeback Mountain. Now, she's in direct-to-DVD films. How the hell did that happen? When did she go from being near A-list actress to the same level that the Coreys (RIP Haim and CRIP Feldman) and Dolph Lundgren reside for many years? Is it because of what she said to her boyfriend Jason Segal? Was Grandma's Boy THAT awful that she never had another opportunity to do another big screen project again?

There's one answer I got from the reply at the Linda Cardellini saying that she picks the films out of substance not style such as "Freaks and Geeks" and Brokeback Mountain. If that's true, then how come she's in that direct-to-DVD All Star Superman? Is it their way of making up to Linda for getting the Lois Lane role on Superman Returns?(she would've been a hella out of alot better Kate Bones-Worth, that's for sure!)

All I can say is if Linda doesn't find a breakout role soon, she'll end up on those Where Are They Now? specials.
