His eyelashes are the result of a disease
It's called Distichiasis... An extra row of eyelashes grows around the eye. It is painful because they can push into the sclera. Elizabeth Taylor suffered from the same condition.

shareIt isn't a disease. A genetic mutation the generally poses no risks except discomfort isn't a "disease". I have this myself. I have two rows of eyelashes and pretty often I'll have to pluck one that seems to want to grow towards my eyeball. But it's generally harmless. However, sometimes people with the FOXC2 gene mutation have also been found to have heart troubles. Something I'm afraid of, but isn't 100% in every case.
Wish you did a bit more research instead of calling it a "disease" like it's damn AIDs or something. It's a generally harmless gene mutation that can cause discomfort.
It's not that serious lol.
