Someone finally assembled all the vampire flashbacks of Darla, Angelus, Spike, and Drusilla into epic fan edits. And David Boreanaz is truly amazing in them. What a spectacularly underrated actor. His performance throughout goes from comedic, to horrific, touchingly real, and sympathetic that it is astounding. David really is remarkable in it.

shareThanks for the link. David is really amazing in it. I hate to say this, because I actually do believe that good should always prevail, but Angelus is so much more fun than Angel! His scenes with Spike are hilarious and his scenes with Darla so much hotter than everything he ever did with Buffy or Cordelia.

shareAngelus was sort of David's calling card and his breakthrough performance. His acting somehow improved I guess because the character was so much more fun for him to play. He was pretty convincing.
