Despite not having happened, she really thinks the moment has arrived when she's a household name. She is a B list actress that has A list name recognition because of dating Justin Timberlake and the attention she got from that which led to the hype of her body. I have nothing against her, but she says a lot of this that make her sound delusional. She's been in some decent films, but nothing entirely memorable. I feel like she has kind of peaked or reached where she is going to go - not a bad place to be for an actress, in fact, rather enviable for many. However, she seems to keep trying to force herself into the leading lady, Oscar winner/nominee slot, and I may be wrong, but I just don't see it happening for her. I think she will continue to have a career and continue to work as long as she'd like, but the performer she fancies herself seems a bit off from the reality of things.

i kind of felt bad the last few times i went to big lots and bought a few of her movies from the 5 dollar bin.i wounder how much of the money goes to the actor\actress

Umm, they get one paycheck for doing a movie.

But some of the top get a percentage. Which I am sure she doesn't.

Not unless they were involved in the production.

It isn't like a television contract where actors can continue to get paid from shows in syndication if they had a good contract to begin with.

The film business contracts are entirely different.

Yep generally the actor gets a salary for the production stage and that's it. They can negotiate to get a percentage of the profits if they want but it's the exception rather than the rule.

'Just wonderin'... What do you geniuses know about each actors contracts and whether or not they get royalties? Clairvoyant, are ya's???
